Shipping & Returns

Please review your order before making your purchase.  Due to our shipping timeline making changes to your order is difficult once an order is completed.  Please note that any changes to an order can significantly delay the shipping timeline. 

Shipping Timeline
All orders are shipped at 3:00 PM EST on Monday through Friday.  All orders made before 12:00 PM (noon) will ship the same day, unless there is an inventory or age verification discrepancy in which you will be notified by email or phone.  Orders made after the shipping deadline may still ship same day but are guaranteed to ship on the next shipment date.

Shipping Charges
All shipments are free.  Shipments that fit in any standard USPS flat rate envelope or box will ship as such.  Other shipments will be sent in the quickest and/or least expensive method calculated at the time of shipment based on destination, size and weight.

Out of Stock and Backorders
In the event that an item is out of stock or an inventory discrepancy has occurred you will be notified in a timely manner to either edit your order or wait for the item to come back in stock.  If an agreement can not be reached within 24 hours (or the next business day) we will refund your order. 

Pre-Orders
Items that are on pre-order will be clearly marked and are not subject to our above policies.  If a pre-order is made with other items that are currently in-stock your order will ship out separately.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns are typically not accepted.  We DO  accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Buyers are required to pay for shipping to return items to us AS WELL AS shipment for newly exchanged product.

Exchanges exclude used, perishable, or opened items.  Perishable items include any consumable items such as e-liquid and tobacco. 

Exchanges are thoroughly examined for use or/and damage.  Exchanges that fail inspection will be rejected and returned back to you and marked as completed.

Defective Products
We stand behind the products we sell.  In the event of a defective product, full cash/credit refunds or store credit will be offered.  Defective products must show no sign of carelessness by the user including visible damage, wear and tear, or use.  Excludes items with a manufacturer warranty.

Damaged and Broken Products
If a shipment arrives broken or damaged please take a picture of the shipment including the box and materials inside immediately.  This is a rare event, therefor we require you to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package with images and details of the shipment.  We will work with you directly on a case by case basis to replace your items.  Please use the contact information below to get in touch with us.

Lost Shipments
Shipments are typically insured.  Lost or stolen shipments should be reported immediately.  We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.  All lost or stolen shipments will be looked at on a case by case basis.  Due to the nature of the investigation there may be a slight delay in revolving the issue.  Please use the contact information below to get in touch.
